Mitnick’s understanding of the importance that strategic development plays in the development of any business process is what will ultimately ensue reliability, efficiency and sustainability to that particular venture.

COMING Summer 2026

For as long as I can remember, I have spent much of my professional career as a lawyer fighting against what I believe to be wrong and defending what I believe to be right. The power of that fight is exhilarating and often exhausting.

Over time and through that fight, I have learned that what I once believed to be the invincible power of justice cannot always compete with the evil influences of money, power, greed, and ego. These influences are the very ones that so often drive lawyers to sell their souls. These are the same influences that caused the NFL to hide the devastating effects of concussions, and ironically the same evils that caused the league to settle the massive class action lawsuit filed against them.

With the NFL as its backdrop, this is a story about greed and ego, fame, and fortune. It is a story about truth and deception, death, and despair. It is a story about athletes who sacrificed their futures and attorneys who sacrificed their souls. It is a true story. It is my story.
